New Client Tax Organizer

ORG2001.XYZ - Click to download

We have prepared an Electronic Client Organizer. This organizer is blank as it was prepared for a new client.  Returning clients receive personalized organizers listing their prior year information to aid in the collection of this years data.

As always, if completing the organizer is to much work, then do not complete it, our goal is to make the preparation of your taxes as painless and work free as possible. Some clients love the organizer, others do not.  If you do not wish to complete it then use it as a guild in collecting your paperwork.

In order to access your Electronic Client Organizer you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or greater installed. If it is not already installed on your computer, you may download the free Acrobat Reader from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html  .

Please use the following steps to rename the file from ORG2001.XYZ to C:\ORG2001.EXE. Depending on how you downloaded the file, locate the file on your system or desktop and right click on the file and choose rename. In the file name: field type C:\ORG2001.EXE and click the Save button. To run your Electronic Client Organizer, select Start | Run and type C:\ORG2001.EXE in the Open: field then click ok. You may also click the Browse button and navigate to C:\ORG2001.EXE. Or if you put the file on your desktop then click on it there to run it.

To protect your privacy, This Electronic Client Organizer is password protected. When prompted, enter the password using only numbers. The password to open this blank Electronic Client Organizer is 123-12-1234.  Please enter this number without dashes.  After you complete the organizer the password will change to your Social Security Number.  This is necessary to protect your privacy.

When you have completed the organizer and closed the program you will need to rename the file from ORG2001.EXE TO ORG2001.XYZ.  This required as most email programs will NOT ALLOW the attachment of executable files. Please use the following steps to rename the file from ORG2001.EXE to C:\ORG2001.XYZ. Use Windows explorer to locate the file ORG2001.EXE, right click once on the file and choose Rename, Change the file name to ORG2001.XYZ and then save it.  You can now email the file to us Winktax@winke.com

Enter this year's information on the Electronic Client Organizer screens provided. If any information does not apply to you or is incorrect, delete it or make the necessary corrections.
